Metal Injection Molding
Metal injection molding is a good alternative to complement the shortcomings of the traditional powder metallurgy (PM), which can not manufacture products with high complexity. Compared to PM, MIM has smaller tolerance, higher mechanical properties, and because the metal powders used are much finer, about 20μm, higher density is able to achieve. By using injection molding machine, smaller and more complex 3D shapes of metal parts can be massively produces at a lower cost. |
